As a Business Development / Sales Manager - New Markets (x/f/m)  your contributions are essential for the success of our market activities. If you are truly passionate about our products & our clients, describe yourself as a market driven, then we would love to meet you.

What you’ll do
  • Undertake market research to identify and report on current market trends and opportunities to obtain better brand recognition and financial growth.
  • Undertake outreach campaigns in collaboration with relevant internal and external partners including researching and building lead lists and handling first contact. This includes the set-up and management of industry specific sales initiatives and teams to create the highest quality outreach. 
  • Be the single point of contact for clients in terms of all business development matters such as onboarding, project definition, team set-up, project proposals and deal closure.
  • Help in the implementation of sales processes to streamline workflows, increase business, and ensure fast response times to client enquiries.
  • Help in resolving roadblocks that prevent deals from progressing through the sales pipeline.
  • Ensure that marketing collateral used as part of the sales process is always up to date.
  • Produce necessary information sheets and templates as required in order to improve work-flows and inter departmental processes.
Why you are the right one
  • 5+ years in similar role. Experience in gaming or music production is a plus.
  • Administrative/operational experience.
  • You are confident undertaking cold-outreach activities.
  • Expertise in client relation and project management.
  • Excellent verbal and written English. German is a plus.
